Local amenities are plentiful and close by, whilst visitors can enjoy the attractions offered by a wide selection of local towns such as Bridlington, Hornsea and Scarborough.

Oil central heating with open fire in living room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 32" flat screen TV, DVD, radio/CD player. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Note: Some road noise may be experienced during busy times. |

Reviews
A very spacious cottage with a nice view of Sheriff Hutton Castle from the back garden. Nice new en-suite, kitchen basic but a good size, spacious lounge. Great location for exploring the area. Good pub across the road with quality, not cheap, food. Easy access to York with park and ride at Rawcliffe bar. Also good for Pickering, North Yorks Moors and Rievauly Abbey. I think we will visit again, one week did not even come close to enough to see everything in the area.
